Yes, I want to be accepted into your Nationally Recognized Tax School giving me a marketable skill, increased confidence and a higher self-esteem. I understand you are accepting the 1st 12 qualified students who send in their application along with a $50.00 Refundable Deposit. I'm serious about wanting to learn more about preparing taxes and I might like to use my new tax preparing skill to earn a few extra bucks after the holidays! I understand this $50.00 deposit is required to complete my application process. I am attempting to be one of the 1^st 12 people to qualify in my area. If I am too late or I don’t qualify for some reason to take Taxes made EZ, Inc. Free Tax School, Taxes made EZ, Inc. will refund my deposit immediately! If accepted, I will attend 5 of 6 Beginning Tax Classes or 10 of 12 classes if I continue at the Intermediate level. Once I’ve completed the course with a satisfactory attendance, Taxes made EZ, Inc. will refund my $50.00 deposit no later than December 29, 2007. The only way I will lose my $50.00 deposit is if I get accepted into one of the tax schools, but I fail to attend the required classes. Taxes made EZ, Inc. will then keep the deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
